Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Juno Beach, Florida, for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Analyst, Sr. In this role, you will handle complex tax-related projects, maintain tax records, prepare tax returns, and monitor tax compliance activities. You will also be actively involved in financial and economic analyses, financial planning, and budgeting. Responsibilities: Manage and process complex tax projects, ensuring compliance with existing tax structures Maintain accurate tax records and prepare assigned tax returns Develop tax strategies that defer, minimize, or eliminate foreign and U.S. taxes on existing and prospective company investments Monitor tax compliance activities and exposures, including tax return preparation and reporting Handle the status of local audits and dispute resolution proceedings Conduct financial and economic analyses as required Develop and prepare the organization's financial plans and budgets Interpret financial reports and tax returns Offer functional advice or training to less-experienced tax accountants Prepare short period partnership income tax returns using Corptax software Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required Proven experience as a Tax Analyst or similar role Strong knowledge of tax law and statutory regulations Proficiency in computer science and finance related software Experience with financial planning and budget processes Familiarity with auditing and financial reporting Experience conducting training and onboarding processes Ability to interpret and apply tax information Proficiency in creating validation plans and resolving disputes Experience in conducting and interpreting financial analysis Knowledge of supplier management and staffing procedures Proficiency in using monitoring tools and conducting audits Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work onsite when required Experience in managing an expense account Ability to work with various business units Familiarity with tax returns and related procedures Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
