Directly supervises team members in the Front Desk. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will: Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.Transmits and receives telephone messages.Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests.Keeps records of room availability and guest's accounts.Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.Makes and confirms reservations.Prepares daily reports (credit limit, cash)Reviews daily arrivals and departuresCoordinates with housekeeping when VIP Guests arrive.Training all new Front Desk personnel.Sets up Front Desk meetings.Makes Front Desk Schedule.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
