Description We are offering employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Miami, Florida. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our team, working in the industry and performing tasks related to customer application processing, record maintenance, and resolution of inquiries. Responsibilities: Accurately processing customer credit applications in a timely manner Documenting and maintaining precise records of customer credit Providing administrative support to the accounting department Conducting data entry tasks as required Reconciling funds entering the hotel through POS (Merchant Account Credit Card) Daily reconciliation of accounts Assisting in compiling reports to be sent to department heads Utilizing skills such as Account Reconciliation, Cash Reconciliations, and Credit Card Reconciliation Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions Utilizing the POS - Point of Sale system as needed.Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounts receivable role or similar Proficiency in accounting entries and account reconciliation Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential Knowledge of cash reconciliations and credit card reconciliation is preferred Familiarity with daily reconciliation tasks Experience with POS - Point of Sale systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPlease apply online or contact Brenda Arce 305-504-5029 for immediate considerationRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
