What we look for in a Restaurant Manager:
⢠Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant.
⢠If you have experience managing both front and back of the house, even better!
⢠Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
⢠Experience in budgeting and food/labor cost control with the ability to achieve profit objectives
