Your Mission is Ours.Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer 2025 Facilities Intern to assist in the implementation of a maintenance virtual reality program. In this role, you will drive new uses of state-of-the-art technology to revolutionize how our buildings are maintained and operated. You will work closely with site Facilities Engineering and Facilities Maintenance Teams to perform duties such as: Assist in the design and development of virtual reality (VR) simulations for maintenance training. Test and debug VR simulations to ensure functionality and usability. Collaborate with engineers and developers to integrate VY simulations into existing maintenance training programs. Document and report on project progress, including any issues or challenges encountered. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for project development. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT technology, data analytics, and problem solving.
