We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support the Head of the U.S. branch during this exciting launch phase. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic international team and to help bring structure and efficiency to an expanding business.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and daily tasks
Supporting communication with partners, vendors, and clients
Conducting research and preparing reports
Assisting in sourcing, purchasing, and logistics coordination
Handling correspondence and organizational tasks
