About the role
Join our Orlando team to keep orders flowing and customers happy. This role blends hands-on warehouse work (shipping/receiving, inventory) with purchasing and inside-sales and customer service support. This is a Monday - Friday day-time position. No Nights. No Weekends.
What you’ll do
Shipping & Receiving: Pick/pack, label, and ship via ShipStation (UPS & FedEx); check in deliveries; resolve discrepancies; maintain shipping logs.
Inventory Management: Cycle counts, reconcile variances.
Purchasing Assistance: Create/track POs, follow up on ETAs, coordinate with other ENTTEC offices, keep item data current.
Sales Assistance: Prepare quotes, enter orders, answer phones/emails, update CRM, coordinate RMAs, route technical questions.
eBay Listings Management: Create/optimize listings (titles, photos, specs, pricing), maintain inventory sync, respond to buyer messages, process orders/returns, and coordinate shipping via ShipStation.
What you’ll bring
Experience in warehouse/operations, logistics, or admin support (entry-level friendly).
Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and ShipStation (or similar).
Organized, accurate, communicative; able to juggle multiple tasks.
Physical: Able to lift up to 25 lbs; standing required only during warehouse functions (e.g., picking/packing).
Nice-to-haves
Forklift/pallet-jack experience; ERP/CRM familiarity; lighting/AV product knowledge; eBay Seller Hub experience; Spanish bilingual.
Status: Part-time, on-site (Orlando)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (≈20 hours/week). This is the ideal schedule. There is some flexibility for the right candidate however.
Compensation: $20/hour + Paid Time Off
