Responsibilities of the job include:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Greet visitors, vendors, and customers, creating a welcoming front-desk environment.
Assist sales representatives with order entry, invoicing, and customer communications.
Handle general office duties such as filing, mail, and maintaining organized records.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in reception, customer service, or sales support preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks experience.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
