Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform typical administrative assistant duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and tracking analytics.
Help with marketing efforts, such as creating email campaigns, updating website content, and creating promotional materials.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience with Word and Excel.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule with availability to work up to 40 hours per week
