Local glass company in search of a friendly and experienced office assistant, familiar with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and able to learn quickly on the job. This is a casual office environment with amazing hours (Monday through Friday, 8-4 or 8-5/ 7-4 if you prefer a full lunch hour); the only requirement is that you MUST be punctual and extremely detail oriented.
We work with VINs, measurements, part numbers and insurance claims so accuracy is a MUST! Ideally, someone with experience in the glass/ glazing or automotive industry would be great, but we can train anyone with a great attitude who wants to learn.
