Beulux is an LED Lighting manufacturer located in Riverview, FL. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing dedicated support and service to our customers. The right candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills and a positive and upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations for customers
Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers regarding products, order status, etc.
Be a single point of contact for enquiries/concerns for customers
Provide general customer service and technical support
Order processing including order entry and management of the order until it has shipped
Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 1-year Customer Service experience in lighting is a plus.
Knowledge about electrical basics and construction is a plus
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Handle customer concerns and maintain a positive attitude
Must be organized and able to stay on top of customers’ open orders and respond to customer requests
A quick learner with ability to work as a team and independently
Ability to respond and follow-up to calls and emails in a timely manner
