Contract Accountant

Job Title: Contract AccountantJob DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous Contract Accountant to join our Operational Finance’s Shared Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and entering downstream contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance from a risk perspective in the legal, insurance, and limits of authority areas. You will coordinate closely with branch management and our legal department on any changes to contracts and agreements. You will also play a vital role in reviewing and preparing purchase agreements, subcontracts, and other required contracts. Additionally, you will monitor the status of all pending contracts, organize and track all fully executed agreements, collect insurance requirements and other necessary documents for compliance with vendors and customers. You will analyze proposed changes to terms and conditions, coordinate approval by branch management and the legal department, and enter and commit all purchase agreements, budgets, subcontracts, and vendor contacts into our system.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tampa, Florida and some days remote.Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid role which allows for flexibility. You will be expected to work from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while the remaining days, Monday and Friday, can be worked from home.
