.HVAC Experience (must have)
.EPA Certification (must have)
.Appliance troubleshooting and repair knowledge (washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.)
.Painting, drywall, carpentry experience
.Clean criminal background
.Reliable transportation to, from, and at work with a valid driver's license
.Performance of maintenance requests, punch outs, and other general community duties
This job requires that the technician be on call once a month for a week in the evenings and on weekends in case of any maintenance emergencies.
You MUST be able to RESPOND TO PROPERTY CALLS WITHIN 20 MINUTES
