We are looking for someone that has experience in the rental business with daily tickets for repairs to making units ready for rent. We are a growing company in the St. Petersburg area. New properties are in the works.
Need to be positive team-player, self motivated, ability to work independently.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, basic troubleshooting for HVAC. (certification a plus)
Knowledge to make repairs to stoves, frig and dishwashers.
Must have a clean drivers license and insurance.
Require vehicle to travel between properties and carry supplies.
Need own hand tools.
Also with the job is on call. We have a rotation where you might have it once every 5 or 6 weeks. Position is full time. M-F 8-4:30.
