We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Service BDC (Business Development Center) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary objective will be to schedule service appointments and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
- Handle inbound service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule service appointments based on customer preferences and availability
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns
- outbound communications, including appointment reminders, Recalls, service due, and follow-up surveys
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM and every other Saturday.
