Enterprise Informatics Zone Sales Leader (West)

Manages the sales function for the assigned business in the Market in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues, and ensures the right organization and structure is in place to deliver on the sales objectivesYour role:Lead sales teams in geography to drive OIT and revenue: ​

Lead sales teams (AM/SE/DSM/SSL/CM) to implement GTM strategy for zone​

Collaborate with Health system key stakeholders (KAMS, AES, Govt)​

Create and execute on daily management of KPIs for sales teams for sustainable growth​

Ensure salesforce maximizes messaging and presence​

Create and communicate clear rules of engagement and collaboration between sales teams​

Activate sales and distribution strategy in the zone ​

Partner with RBULs to understand and ex BU GTM strategy​

Ensure proper resource allocation for AM/SE/SS​

Understand market dynamics within zone for focus and action​

Serve as EI executive presence for clients in zone​

Identify potential gaps in strategy and contribute to feedback loop​

Ensure proper GTM focus for each respective BU ​

Ensure balanced selling activity to maximize EI presence in the marketplace​

Collaborate with Zone/District leaders from Philips modalities to implement co-selling initiatives​

Serve as singular escalation point for all BU solutions/clients in zone​

Gather customer signals and serve as voice of customer for RBUL/product manager/BU feedback and direction​

Leadership and talent management ​

Provide sales process guidance and coaching​

Assess sales competencies for job execution (upskill/upgrade)​

Inspire teams to likewise adopt a positive view of the GTM plan​

Impower the teams to realize the vision for their particular sphere of influence​

Foster a safe environment that promotes creativity and curiosity and welcomes critique​

Remove barriers that potentially impede success​

You're the right fit if you have the following:

Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.

10+ years of solution selling experience; Five years minimum management responsibility.

Must have 3 years of leading an Informatics (RI/CI PACS, Pathology, Oncology) sales team.

Excellent communication, leadership and change management skills.

Strong executive level interpersonal skills.

Exceptional track record of developing and executing sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objective, providing personal leadership through example.

Proven experience navigating and successfully developing complex deals.

A world class, senior level sales professional with a proven track record of success managing people and complex multi discipline sales scenarios.

Demonstrated success at developing and communicating a clear strategic vision and effectively executing that vision.

Demonstrated ability to create and implement Sales Strategies.

Ability to work with and manage by influence a large diverse sales team to close complex sales opportunities.

Possessing the drive and persistency to overcome obstacles are paramount to success in this position.

Successful track record of building and maintaining customer relationships at the “C” level, including CIOs.

At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $272,000 to $384,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
