Description
The ideal candidate will be a leader with a great track record of delivering large complex technical projects. We are looking for a Salesforce Development Manager who is passionate about leading, technology, quality, and the Salesforce platform. This position requires a combination of technical skills, employee coaching, and relationship building. Additionally, great organizational and communication skills, a keen sense of process improvement, and a strong desire to solve business problems are essential in this role.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in prioritization and resource allocation meetings
• Handles HR functions including but not limited: to hiring, mentoring, keeping a high morale and holding team members accountable
• Oversee projects to ensure quality of work and remove impediments
• Oversee consultants and vendors when engaged
• Oversee Production Support for applications in assigned domain
• Work closely with security and change management teams to ensure processes, procedures, and best practices all conform to audits that Ultimate Software is required to pass
• Develop and Facilitate a continuous learning environment investing in team members professional growth
Qualifications
• 5+ years in Software Development
• 2+ years in a people/project leadership role
• 1+ years Salesforce Development experience
• Advanced understanding of the Agile Software Development Life cycle
• Technical problem-solving skills
• Experience driving positive change
• Experience building and fostering relationships with other groups within the organization
• Comfortable working on different projects simultaneously
• Strong decision-making skills
• Able to cultivate collaboration and manage expectations with various groups
