Deal, let’s go!The role.Innomotics LLC is looking for a Head of Portfolio & Innovation in the US, located in Alpharetta, GA. This is a senior leadership position developing a team of product managers & service innovation tools and process champions. You will have Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) responsibility, to lead strategic direction of the services portfolio roadmap for Medium Voltage Drives and High Voltage Motors including digital services. You will also drive innovation and technology roadmap to drive excellence in end-to-end service business tools & processes. Direct reports include service product manager, product lifecycle manager, service innovation leader, business analyst and service program manager. In this role you will be required to be in the office/factory but there will also be flexibility in the work schedule.The Head of Portfolio & Innovation requires proven success in developing and driving strategic product roadmaps to drive business growth; an entrepreneurial leader crafting service portfolio value differentiating Innomotics from the competition; an out-of-the-box problem solver seeking innovative technologies and solutions; a process change agent, an effective change management leader and team builder; track record of developing people. Success is measured by launch of new proactive service portfolio offerings, growth in digitally connected assets and harnessing installed base to gain market share. Collaborating with Marketing, Finance and People & Organizations. Provide vision and leadership in digitally redefining service portfolio & tools landscape for service organization.This position reports to the Vice President – Customer Service Division.Responsibilities :

Drive innovation in service offerings, business tools & processes, finding opportunities for differentiation and value creation to improve customer happiness and dedication.

Responsible for the development and execution of strategic roadmap for service product management, encompassing the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic importance and market demands.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Service Delivery & Marketing to translate customer needs, portfolio gaps, market insights into innovative service solutions and service product improvements.

Cultivate a customer-centric approach to product management, conducting market research, customer interviews, participate in trade shows and competitive analysis to understand customer difficulties and market direction.

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard methodologies in service business tools & process innovation, serving as a subject matter authority and inspiring leader within the organization.

Orchestrate the evaluation and adoption of brand-new technologies and digital tools to optimize entire service value chain to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

Collaborate with internal partners to identify business struggles and inefficiencies in existing service processes, using technology, automation & lean attitude to streamline workflows and drive process improvements.

Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, using analytics and business intelligence tools to find opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational optimization within the service business.

Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the service product management & innovation team, fostering an environment conducive to innovation and excellence.

Your profile.

BS Degree in Business Administration, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

10+ years of successful experience in a directly equivalent and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

8+ years of experience in team leadership or management, with a strong ability to develop people and performance management.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Experience in electric machines or rotating equipment is helpful.

20% travel required, visiting customers and service partners.

The pay range for this position is $138,100 - $236,800.
