Implementation lead to onboard new customer accounts to Softeon WMS
Responsibilities
The WMS Functional Developer will work with the cross functional teams within the organization and the customer as they onboard new customers to Softeon WMS. The candidate will take the lead or work closely with the implementation team through the implementation.
Qualifications
Resource needs to have either Softeon or another WMS experience (Manhattan experience is good)
Strong understanding of Softeon or WMS processes - Including Inbound, warehouse mgmt., pick/pack, and inventory mgmt. outbound processes.
Understanding of Third Party Logistics processes
Reasonable understanding of standard database concepts and ability to write SQLs required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and critical analysis skills with the ability to tell the right story with information
Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
