Account Executive - Enterprise (CX)

As a Lead Account Executive, you will drive growth and consistently exceed revenue goals within a defined territory. You’ll win new (strategic/enterprise) accounts, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and apply your SaaS expertise to engage effectively with both business and technical decision-makers.What you will do:- Engage, Discover & Drive Results: Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business, grow market presence, and consistently exceed targets in an aligned territory.

- Execute the Sales Process: Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure, to deliver predictable, high-performance results.

- Articulate Value: Build trusted executive relationships, address diverse business challenges, and position Freshworks as the partner of choice.

- Learn & Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to a culture of shared success.

- Hunt & Prospect: Develop and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting. Travel, as required, to connect with customers, strengthen relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
