About the role We’re seeking an analytical and self-motivated individual with sales experience to join our Account Management team. The Account Manager, Mass, owns one of our largest sales channels across Target, Kohl's, and Off-Price. You will partner closely with our Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations Teams and become the internal expert on optimizing our current distribution channel for your business.  This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports to our Senior Director, Sales.  You’ll love it because you will… Lead business partnership and relationship management within the Value Channel, primarily focused on Target, Kohl’s, and Off-PriceSupport Senior Director in the overall channel sales strategy, capitalizing on white space opportunities and market share gainsLead regular communication and collaboration with external partners to include Buyers and Senior Management at key accounts to maximize opportunities, negotiate, and grow the businessIdentify new growth opportunities for your customers (and distribution) and lead the business strategy and executionOwn sales analysis to maximize trends and identify future growth opportunitiesDevelop & partner on customer specific seasonal and/or promotional plans to maximize profitable salesManage ATS and secure reorders and additional product opportunities with accountsHandle gross margin analysis, marketing investments, and markdowns within budgetMaintain monthly stock to sales and work closely with Planning partners on monthly forecasting process, identifying, and presenting risks and opportunitiesWork closely with Planning partners to ensure our assortment is in stock and define opportunities for excess inventory across all channels of businessPartner with Growth and Brand Marketing teams to maximize efficient ad spend and marketing strategies with your customers
