Job DescriptionDepartment Description: The Global Finance Operations (GFO) team is responsible for managing Quoting, Contracting, Order Management, Invoicing, and Compensation services. We provide high quality and effective service that ensures revenue to Oracle is maximized while protecting our legal and commercial interests. The GFO Budget & Analytics team is one of the operational teams providing support to this organization. This includes analyzing and publishing key performance indicators (KPI’s), operational reporting, transforming data into insights, & budgetary support. The team provides accurate and timely services to help this global organization run more effectively and enable data driven operations.Job Description: Design and analyze KPI/operational reporting & modeling for the Global Finance Operations (GFO) with a focus on innovation, simplification, standardization & automation. This includes issuance and analysis of KPI results, quarterly budget and operations review packages, all in support of enabling an efficient, effective & data driven organization. Qualifications & Previous Experience
Candidate should have minimum of 6 to 10 years of overall work experience and at least 3-4 years of BI reporting & operations experience
Experience in a financial role is a plus
Experience with Oracle DV is a plus
Should have experience is handling executive operations reporting tasks
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to gather and analyze data, identify and interpret trends, telling a story with the data
Should have strong verbal & written communication
Strong organizational and effective prioritization skills, providing diligence and attention to detail
Advanced and proven Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization (Oracle DV, Power BI, Tableau), and data blending skills is required

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
