Individual contributor specializes in a particular product set responsible for the development and maintenance for one or more of the following sub-business segments of all Direct to Consumer Retail, Premier, Wealth, Consumer Bankcard, Small Business Bankcard and Small Business Originations, Credit Analytics and Portfolio Performance Procedures and Process Maps (PPMs) and provide teammate assistance on Policy, Guideline and Procedure inquiries
Provide line of business SME support for Compliance, Legal, Audit, RLF, Servicing, Operations, Credit Risk, Infosys and Product teams. Assist Credit Risk and Product Development teams with Policy, Product and Guideline development and maintenance and serve as a Retail Community Bank liaison for audits, reviews and exams.
Responsible for the preparation and distribution of all Process and Policy related Communications, Huddle and Bulletin Topics for the supported teams
Provide project support or act in the capacity of a project manager for all activities for Direct to Consumer Retail, Premier, Wealth, Bankcard and Small Business Originations, Credit Analytics and Portfolio Performance, including any merger and/or acquisition related activities
Provide assistance with process improvements and development of tools to assist with daily production including the development of process and policy change training material or newly required tasks and maintenance of resource materials on the SharePoint site.
Serve as point of contact for Complaints Management, performing necessary research and providing appropriate, timely responses.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
5+ years lending and loan processing experience
Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications, such as all Microsoft Office software products
Knowledge of internal and external regulatory compliance requirements
Ability to quickly resolve both teammate and client escalations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Supplemental computer knowledge of SharePoint and Project
3+ years' experience with project management and process improvements
Demonstrated experience with Policy and Procedures development
