We'd like to connect with you to see what skills and experience you could bring to our team.DESCRIPTION:Publicis Media's Central Activation team supports Publicis Agency clients by executing paid social campaigns to meet performance goals across a variety of platforms. This role will focus on supporting Publicis' largest clients.The Campaign Manager role is accountable for the successful implementation & execution of paid social campaigns for Publicis Media clients that are supported by Publics Media's Central Activation team.The ideal candidate should be familiar with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager, have experience in paid social campaign management functions, including campaign builds, performance optimization principles & reporting capabilities.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage paid social campaigns while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues

Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues, etc.

Work with internal teams to provide clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that align with campaign KPIs

Traffic all creatives into platform and set up campaigns prior to launch date

Maintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytic tools

Analyze campaign performance and make strategic investment and tactical media optimizations

Develop insights based on campaign performance reporting

Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2-3 Years of experience (including Internships) in media industry

1-2 Years of experience working in Buying Platforms such as Meta/Tiktok Ads Manager, etc. preferred OR

1-2 Years of experience working in platform for real time biddable channels (search, social, programmatic, e-commerce)

Data-driven mindset

Proficient-to-Advanced Excel Expertise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with ad tech platforms, manual bidding platforms, APIs, etc.

Excellent relationship building, diplomacy, and decision making skills with ability to think creatively

Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
