Rate: $70,000/yearAbout the RoleThe Client Services Manager – Golf Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of golf services, building a qualified and accountable team, and have the courage to strive for excellence.Responsibilities:
Recruits, trains, and develops employees on the golf services team.
Manages golf services staff to ensure a high level of service is delivered to membership.
Maintains safety standards and ensures team abides by those standards.
Works with Food and Beverage team in coordination of golf events.
Maintains records relating to player and guest rounds and other stats.
Educates and enforces club policies for members and employees.
Provides golf related information to membership.
Assists in the planning, promotion, and direction of all golf activities.
Schedules the golf staff and approves timecards for payroll.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be engaging with staff and members.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
Ability to provide 5 star service to membership and train team to deliver the same level of service.
Ability to think strategically and plan long term to accomplish departmental goals.
Experience leading a team and developing them.
Experience managing business operations.
