We design for enterprise scale and resilience to ensure products can be adopted across Lines of Business.As part of this team, you will have a large impact on the evolution of the next generation of Cloud services for Bank of America and explore an extensive list of new technologies that will drive delivery across our company.Position Summary:We are looking to hire an experienced Cloud Senior Product Manager who will facilitate, develop, and complete roadmap deliverables for the Enterprise Cloud Platforms organization. This role will work closely with technology executives to define the vision, strategy, and execution of tasks, issues, and risks. This role partners with Technical Leads, Vendors, Project Managers within the CTO organization and across various Lines of Business.Daily Responsibilities:
Reporting to the product management office.
Responsible to lead the delivery of container product development.
Works with other technical product managers through requirements gathering, product design, and defining engineering milestones.
Manages the product strategy and vision for product development.
Works across Global Technology engineers to gather customer requirements and identify the integration dependencies to operationalize product adoption.
Define requirements for product development that represent technical delivery, controls enablement, and operational maturity.
Effectively communicate the product roadmap, key features, and delivery milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain the service and capability documentation, roadmaps, and growth targets.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
8 -10 + years of IT professional experience
4 + years' experience as a technical product manager
Demonstrates subject matter expert understanding of cloud technologies
Experience working with cloud services providers (CSPs)
Competency in implementing technology operating models for financial services technology
Excellent communication, organizational leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting skills
Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders
