Description We're seeking a dedicated Internal Communications Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in keeping our employees informed and engaged. We operate across 20 locations, and we're looking for someone who can help us connect, inform, and inspire our teams.Position Overview:The Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing internal communication projects, crafting compelling copy, and leveraging their B2B experience to create engaging content for our "Connected Sign" platform. This platform is a critical part of our communication strategy, broadcasting internal updates and campaigns on TV monitors across our 20 locations. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless content rollout and development for each branch and location.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and coordinate internal communication projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and on time.Copywriting: Create engaging and clear copy for a variety of communication pieces, including emails, newsletters, announcements, and digital content.B2B Expertise: Utilize your B2B experience to tailor communication strategies and content that resonate with our diverse internal stakeholders.Connected Sign Management: Oversee content development and deployment on our "Connected Sign" platform, ensuring all updates and campaigns are displayed correctly.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the IT team to troubleshoot issues, optimize content delivery, and ensure the platform's reliability.Content Development: Continuously develop and refine content to inform, engage, and motivate employees across all locations.Compliance: Ensure all communications adhere to company policies and standards.Qualifications:2-5 years of Experience.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in project management and internal communications.Exceptional copywriting skills.B2B communication experience, ideally within a multi-location organization.IT literacy, with the ability to work closely with technical teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in communication software and tools.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on communication effectiveness.
