AECOM is currently pursuing an experienced and highly motivated Construction Resident Engineer - Dams to join our Water Business Line to support various projects located in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This position will report to the Atlanta, Georgia office and will support a variety engineering and construction projects across the region.ResponsibilitiesVerify and document overall contract compliance and interpret project drawings and specifications.Evaluate, resolve, and provide solutions to contractors and construction inspectors for constructability issues encountered at construction sitesAssists the Project Management team in reviewing project submittals and RFIsWork with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurateAttend meetings and report on project tasks as neededMonitor design changes, contractor and sub-contractor activities and progress
