CapTech Workday Consultants work alongside our clients to help them maximize their Workday investment. CapTech is looking for an individual experienced in Workday and Payroll. We support current Workday customers by optimizing their implementation, providing expertise and recommendations based on best practices. As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will play a central role in client engagement and serve as a subject matter expert for this rapidly developing technology. Prior Payroll Workday experience is required.Responsibilities:Provide Payroll Workday expertise and support to customersLead all aspects of Workday engagements, from planning and design phases all the way to configuration, testing and deploymentWork side-by-side with key business and technical stakeholders to elicit solution requirements, drive the solution design, and ensure the finished product meets the needs of the businessQuickly become familiar with client business challenges and technologies to act as a SME and trusted advisor to client stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the platformQuickly establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members
