Description We are offering a employment opportunity for a Contracts Senior Paralegal in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities within the legal field, including the drafting and management of contracts, utilizing legal software, and maintaining an organized calendar.Responsibilities: Efficiently draft and edit legal documentation and contracts, ensuring accuracy at all times Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suites, in particular Microsoft Excel, for document management and communication purposes Maintain and manage a systematic calendar to ensure punctuality and effective time management Use legal software effectively to assist in the day-to-day operations of the legal team Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information dissemination Oversee the management system, ensuring its efficient and effective use Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and contracts, ensuring all information is up-to-date.Requirements Proven proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document editing and creation Demonstrated ability in Calendar Management to schedule, manage, and track important dates and deadlines Excellent Communication skills to liaise efficiently with team members, clients, and stakeholders Expertise in Document Management for categorizing, storing, and retrieving legal documents as required Ability to Draft Contracts, ensuring they comply with legal norms and protect the interests of the organization Knowledge of Legal Documentation, including the ability to prepare, interpret, and manage legal documents Familiarity with Legal software for efficient case management and document handling Proficiency in using Management System for streamlining work processes and improving productivity Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites for creating presentations, reports, and managing correspondence.
