Description:
The Content Studio is seeking an Copywriter for a 6+month contract position to focus on social-first content for internal employees.
The ideal candidate is someone who can work proactively and autonomously (in partnership with an AD) to concept, produce, and deliver work with a high attention to detail and under time constraints.
This person will work across many projects at once, exploring what's possible, putting social-first concepts forward, and can quickly iterate based on feedback. They are able to deliver work that can convey complex technical concepts as well as simple, consumer-focused ideas.
This person must be comfortable with a fluid schedule, working across multiple projects at once, and can partner with a cross-functional team of creatives, communications, content professionals, production partners, and various key stakeholders across Meta.
The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, has a finger on the pulse of social trends and culture, and is a strategic and proactive problem solver.
Required Skills
Demonstrated ability to turn complex subject matter into easy-to-understand and entertaining social content
Concept, write, edit, test and improve content that makes our brand come to life on our platforms.
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with art directors, designers, editors, and motion graphics team as well as sr leadership
Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
Work autonomously, as well as within teams, depending on the project
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in an ad agency/in-house concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product
Experience working on social across multiple platforms
Experience translated complex topics into easy-to-understand and entertaining social concepts
Experience concepting and articulating creative decisions
Experience with self-initiated projects
Expert communication skills
