Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in supporting client satisfaction and operational success.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional mannerProcess orders, forms, applications, and requestsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsAssist in resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns and determining the best solutionProvide administrative support to the customer service departmentCoordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are metFollow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships
