This South Windsor, Connecticut Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a short-term contract / temporary to full-time opportunity.What you get to do every dayManage incoming telephone calls

Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Foundational knowledge in Answering Inbound Calls

Comprehensive knowledge of Basic Computer Skills

Deep understanding of Call Center Customer Service

Microsoft Word experience preferred

Strong customer service and office administrative skills

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

1+ years of past relevant experience

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
