Join us and reach your higher purpose at Cargill.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Data Quality Product Owner will manage the company's data quality needs through product ownership of the data quality platform. In this role, you will create the vision for related products, set priorities and ensure the company achieves value from investments in specific capability tools and articulates the value across stakeholders.Key Accountabilities

Assess value, develop business cases and prioritize stories, features and functions to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with the data management strategy.

Solicit and use feedback from key stakeholders and users of products to ensure that the data quality product teams maximize business value, improve adoption and deliver necessary features and functions for the company.

Partner with relevant teams and consult on data management capabilities to define, promote and assess governance and quality standards.

Collaborate with product teams to rationalize technology decisions and manage vendor relations to ensure the underlying technology enables a data user experience.

Understand the technical capabilities of the data management solutions and develop systems for coaching data and business teams on how to use them.

Collaborate with the product teams on the technical direction to fulfill the stories and be available, as needed, to answer scope and priority questions and make decisions to keep the team moving and accepting stories during the sprint.

Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Proven experience with agile product delivery models

Minimum of four years of related work experience

PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES

Experience with enterprise level Data Quality tools and related best practices.

Partner with various business units to understand and gather requirements.

Handle data from a variety of sources, document and ensure adherence to rules around data collection, storage and use.
