Job Summary: "Summary of Position: DSGa seeks a Digital Project Manager to independently manage small to medium scale projects and partner on larger initiatives for the Digital Services Office. Projects may consist of building new websites or migrating existing sites into our enterprise content management system (CMS), consulting with state agencies about content or accessibility, occasional event planning, etc. Mid-scale projects are generally 500 hours or less, including matrixed teams of development (internal and vendor), content strategists, designers and user experience testers.
Role Description: The Digital Project Manager will lead and manage small to medium sized projects, and will work closely with our Delivery Team on larger initiatives. The Digital Project Manager will own project initiation, execution, and closeout tasks. Responsibilities include:
Drive discovery to identify scope and overall project approach. Translation of requirements into actionable, trackable tasks.
Provide time and cost estimates to Account Management; collaborate on SOW development.
Timeline planning and tracking, escalating where necessary.
Day to day ticket assignment and management in Jira.
Keeping SOW to project mapping current.
Administrative project setup with Finance as well as in our internal project tracking system.
Internal, vendor, and client coordination regarding task tracking and deliverable status.
Project status reporting including proactive risk analysis and mitigation planning.
Project documentation including project charters, status reports, meeting notes and follow-ups per existing framework.
Preparation of presentations or other materials for project meetings.
Other project/product support tasks as needed. This may require hands-on work in the Drupal 8 CMS to support new and existing clients with website issues.
Other light administrative tasks as needed, which may include billing, invoice tracking, documentation management, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
5 years’ experience working with web CMS, preferably Drupal; understanding of content management system basics.
2 years’ experience working as part of a web development or content management project team, preferably onboarding sites onto a CMS.
3 years’ experience managing complex projects from concept to delivery, including developing and managing overall project plans
2 years’ experience with JIRA including project setup, task management, and reporting.
Understanding of web development process and technologies, including waterfall and agile methodologies
Understanding of the influence and interactions between business requirements, agency/client/third party dynamics, and deliverables
