Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Digital Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for process and compliance, a facility for open communication, and vigilance for meeting deadlines and staying within project budgets. Responsibilities include facilitating project status meetings, developing clear and detailed digital project plans and managing all assigned projects.Your responsibilities
Delegate project tasks to employees best positioned to complete them
Organize input and work from a variety of stakeholders
Oversee the completion of digital marketing projects from planning through implementation
Own and facilitate project status meetings
Maintain standards by performing quality control on projects throughout development
Collaborate with executives and/or board members to keep projects aligned with their goals
Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Modify project targets and schedules in alignment with changing schedules and budgets
Keep track of project budgets and expenditures
Make sound decisions regarding a project's next steps when presented with multiple options
Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project so that team actions remain in synergy
Requirements
Understanding of design and prototyping tools
Skilled in time-management and organization
Knowledge of website creation management from scratch
Proven work experience managing and executing multiple digital projects
Experience coordinating across multifunctional teams, including marketing/communications, creative, sales and IT, as well as outside agencies
Strong knowledge of project management tools and software
