The role will interact with a broad range of digital marketing initiatives and is focused on monitoring, measuring and optimizing online reviews of Rooms To Go and its brands. What you will be doing:
Work towards enhancing and building Rooms To Gos online reputation by constantly monitoring and measuring sentiment from reviews.
Establish policies and procedures, systems and standards that will help avoid negative impacts resulting from bad reviews and ratings.
Lead the strategy and implementation aimed at maintaining and improving the companys reputation.
Collate and share feedback and insights gained from reviews across various digital channels.
Proactively identify areas where customers are having issues to mitigate negative reviews.
Work cross-functionally with marketing teams and other business units to provide insight into customer behavior and how it can support other areas.
Collaborate with outside partners and vendors to help drive positive brand sentiment and product reviews
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree required in Advertising, Marketing, or related field
An understanding of search engine behavior, social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
Excellent editorial judgment
Strong communication skills
Excellent computer skills intermediate with Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail
Self-starter with strong time-management and organizational skills
Flexible under changing deadlines and focuses on detailed execution
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
