Primary Function of PositionThe Digital Solutions Manager (DSM) will focus on leading the execution of current and future digital strategies through managing, building and developing the Digital Solutions business development team and leading projects and programs. The DSM will be responsible for administration, organization, execution and adoption of Intuitive’s enhanced digital solutions by partnering with customer, marketing, sales and other core Intuitive teams. The ability to create and coordinate detailed project plans and inspire engagement from cross functional teams will be critical to the success of this role. Will work to expand the footprint of Intuitive’s existing da Vinci platform by promoting enhanced digital solutions to targeted customers, turning opportunities into action and building efficiencies over time. The DSM will serve as the liaison between internal teams and the customer to drive integration of new and emerging data programs. This includes prioritizing and organizing activities up to and including measurement of targeting, product utilization, help, and development. The DSM will regularly manage and facilitate meetings, build solid relationships, solve critical business challenges and create new programs and processes with the goal of advancing customer engagement and adoption.Roles & Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and manage the activities of the Digital Solutions business development team.Develop and implement activities to increase adoption and utilization of digital solutions through targeting, customer help, and continuous consultation with customers on functionality and benefit.Establish daily goals and monthly targets of outbound calls, manage engagements, meetings, and qualified opportunities for the Digital Solutions business development team.Host/facilitate process execution cycles for recurring processes such as project planning, resource management and portfolio research across the customer base.Triage responsibilities between the internal corporate and commercial sales teamsEffectively partner with cross-functional teams in the corporate office to interpret assigned business and needs.Develop and manage change management and adoption implementation including training activities for the assigned portfolio.Solicit customer and cross-functional feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and project adoption. Serve as a continuous improvement feedback loop to the Product Management teams. Prepare to change course as needed.Monitor and report project status for project milestones, documentation, and deliverables to stakeholders, sponsors, and management.Dependably manage administrative tasks; reporting, outcomes of help activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
