The
Director of Partnerships and Advocacy is a newly created role to develop a new practice within PlowShare that will bring innovative partnerships and shared and owned media opportunities to our non-profit and public sector clients. This role leads the process of identifying, cultivating, managing and on-going activation of partnerships across various social good and public health initiatives. The role is responsible for selling in partnership ideas to clients and leading collaboration with client leads as well as other agency resources.This is both a thinking and doing role, with thought leadership, strategic leadership, and on-going partner connectivity as key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
