This position will be a key member of the Global Data team responsible for the managing Platform & Product Development across Global Data Office Portfolio of Products and Solutions Develop and implement a comprehensive data platform strategy aligned with GDO and Visa’s business goals and objectives.Develop a comprehensive platform road map that aligns with businesses objectives and market opportunities.Define and prioritize platform requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure the platform meets user needs and business goals.Lead the end-to-end product development life cycle, from initial concept and design through to development, testing, launch and post-launch optimization.Oversee critical features such as data ingestion, data quality, data enrichment, and data distribution to ensure the platform delivers high-quality and reliable data.Collaborate with engineering, data science, and other cross functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.Communicate product vision, strategy and Progress effectively to all stakeholders.Build and support strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.Define the data architecture and data governance strategy for the data platforms.Implement best practices for data management, including data quality measurement, data enrichment processes, and data distribution mechanisms.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback and coaching, and support professional development to ensure team members achieve their full potential.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and drive continuous improvement.Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, including users and partners, to refine and enhance the product offering.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies competitive landscape, market, and client needs, to shape the data acquisition roadmap and align strategic goals.This is a hybrid position.
