OverviewDirector, Product Management TechnologyWe are looking for an exceptional Director of Product Management to lead our cross-functional efforts in product development, integrations, user experience, and developer experience (DevX). If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy making strategic decisions thatimpactboth the user experience and technical capabilities of a product, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Position Summary:As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy; drive integration strategies, focusing oncross product andthird partyintegrations; enhancing UI/UX, andoptimizingthe developer experience (DevX). You will work closely with engineering, design, and extended teams to ensure our product not only meets business goals but exceeds customer expectations. You willbe responsible forleading and shaping the product roadmap; prioritizing initiatives and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.Your Impact:Strategic Product Leadership:-Develop and execute the product strategy, balancing long-term vision with short-term goals.-Own the product roadmap, aligning it with both companyobjectivesand customer needs, with a focus on integrations;UI/UX and developer experience.-Lead product lifecycle management from ideation to execution, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.Integration Management :-Work closely with executive leadership to defineobjectives,timelinesand resources for each integration initiative.-Oversee and manage integration projects frominceptionto completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Prioritize initiatives,allocateresourcesand mitigate risks to ensure project success.-Collaboratewiththe Platformteams to define integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve integration features.-Evaluate and prioritize integration opportunities based on customer feedback, business needs, and technical feasibility.-Ensure that all integration activities adhere to relevant healthcare regulations (HIPPA, CMS,etc…), industry standards and best practices. Lead the development of processes to ensure ongoing compliance post-integration activities.-Partner with extended Platform Integrations team tomonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) for integration success.-Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of integration progress, challenges, and outcomes.UI/UX Leadership:-Collaboratewith UI/UX teams to ensure that designs are both visually appealing and user-friendly, delivering a best-in-class user experience across platforms.-Drive design thinking and ensure that all product features are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.-Utilizecustomer research, feedback, and data analytics to refine and enhance the user experience over time.Developer Experience (DevX):-Champion improvements in the developer experience, ensuring that APIs, SDKs, documentation, and tools are designed for ease of use, high performance, and scalability.-Lead efforts to reduce friction in developer workflows, enabling both internal and external developers to work more effectively with the product.-Continuously assess and improve the tools and resources that developers rely on to integrate and interact with the product.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:-Serve as main point of contact between all cross functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration during integrations.-Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable businessobjectives.-Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the product and engineering teams, setting clear goals and driving accountability.- Utilize data to drive product decisions, analyzing customer feedback, product usage, and performance metrics to iterate andoptimizefeatures.-Measure the impact of new integrations, UI/UX enhancements, and developer experience improvements to ensure they meet defined success criteria.-Foster an environment of continuous learning, ensuringteamis up to date with industry trends,new technologiesand best practices.What you bring:-8+ years of experience in product management, with a proventrack recordof delivering complex product solutions, particularly involving integrations, UI/UX, and developer experience.-Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.-Deep knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, Webhooks, etc.) and best practices for building scalable, seamless integrations.-Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, with experience working closely with design teams to create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces.-Expertiseinoptimizingthe developer experience (DevX), with a focus on API design, documentation, and developer tools.-Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.-Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives.-Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Design); an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Bonus Points:-Experience with products that have complex integration and developer-facing components.-Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and modern software development practices.-Previousexperience working with SaaS or enterprise-level products.HealthEdge commits to building an environment and culture that supports the diverse representation of our teams.
