Consult clients and consulting teams on most relevant tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed client requirements.

Work with projects teams to deliver solutions in accordance to service level agreements.

Collaborate, organize, and maintain goals established for project deliverables.

Demonstrate accountability to successfully realize client goals.

The Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between our DMS platform - IBM FileNet, DataCap hosted on AWS and other business applications hosted on-prem or elsewhere.

Leverage AWS integration services, IBM FileNet, DataCap built-in APIs, and best practices.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow, real-time or near real-time integrations, and robust integration security. is essential for success in this role.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and understand business processes.

Design and architect integrations between the DMS platform and other enterprise systems, including content management systems, CRM systems, ERP systems, and line-of-business applications.

Implement robust failure and retry mechanisms to handle integration errors and ensure data integrity.

Implement logging and monitoring solutions to track integration activities, performance metrics, and errors.

Develop exception handling mechanisms to gracefully handle integration failures and ensure data consistency.

Implement integration security measures, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and data masking, to protect sensitive information.

Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

6+yrs experience developing custom integrations using AWS application integration services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Step Functions) to facilitate real-time or near real-time data exchange.

6+yrs experience implementing API-based integrations to enable seamless communication between systems, adhering to RESTful or SOAP standards.

6+yrs of experience implementing IBM FileNet and DataCap projects integrated with custom applications (.NET preferred)

Exposure and knowledge of IBM DB2, PL/SQL and SQL Server.

Experience scripting to automate processes (installation, configuration, maintenance)

Experience with AWS integration services, API development, real-time integrations, failure/retry mechanisms, logging, exception handling, and integration security.

Experience in Agile software development.

Experience with Document Management and developing design documentation.

Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% of each work week.

Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do, the clients you serve and industries/sectors you serve.

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
