Job Description The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This position requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with our team and clients.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics coordination.Support the creation of event timelines, budgets, and detailed project plans.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event elements are executed flawlessly.Manage event registration, guest lists, and on-site check-in.Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to inquiries.Assist in post-event activities, such as wrap-up reports and vendor payments.
