Americas leader for Installation Atleos.

Centralization, standardization and modernization of reporting and tools.

Assist regional teams interpret key success metrics, contextualizing for your specific industry, and work with the business teams to develop action plans to address root-cause issues.

Grow and develop team of senior level professionals.

Review installation capacity.

Lead project requests to understand customer expectations vs field availability.

Oversee the assignments and streamline collaborative efforts.

Provide confirmation and insight that field is not being overloaded or overcommitting.

Participate in and coordinate Strategic Plan Process and submissions.

Support standard product and customer reporting, including bridging.

Participate in deployment of corporate planning and reporting changes.

Be an ambassador for change, always looking for ways to improve reporting access, readability, content and value across all level of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years of experience in a Field Experience/ Project Management

Data savvy with intermediate (or above) proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Understands and is able to apply critical thinking and strategic finance experience to help drive business decisions.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Proven capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
