The ideal candidate is someone with a strong track record of sales excellence, particularly to top-tier accounts within the restaurant industry. Your role will emphasize nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing customer base, leveraging your expertise to embed our solutions more deeply within their business.Key Responsibilities:

Build long-term, strategic relationships with C-level executives within our top restaurant industry accounts, acting as the key liaison for NCR Voyix.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and align our product and platform offerings to create tailored solutions.

Drive account growth through a consultative sales approach, collaborating closely with sales leaders and product teams to maximize new opportunities.

Articulate complex technical solutions in a clear manner, ensuring alignment with customer IT and engineering strategies.

Share valuable insights with the product team from customer interactions to influence product development and strategy.

Be an advocate for NCR Voyix at industry events, demonstrating our success stories and capabilities.

Skills and Qualities for Success:

Deep understanding of the restaurant sector and a knack for translating business needs into technological solutions.

A track record of selling to C-suite executives, preferably within a SaaS environment.

An adaptable and collaborative approach, with the ability to work well across different teams within NCR Voyix.

Strong foundational knowledge of API, mobile technologies, and contemporary platform design.

Decisiveness and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

A disposition toward teaming and strong influencing skills.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of enterprise-level sales success

Proven experience selling to and engaging with C-level executives.

Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, digital transformation strategies, and technology integration.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.

Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
