The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing the physical infrastructure of the facility. The technician will also respond to maintenance requests, support facility upgrades, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The technician will at times assist in trash removal and moving equipment/inventory between facilities.Job Responsibilities:Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and fixtures as needed.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Assist in facility renovations and installations when required.Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.Occasional light janitorial work (taking out trash).Assist in inventory management.
