This is a remote role, open to U.S.-based candidates near major airports, ideally near Deerfield, IL. Global Marketing Manager Medical & North AmericaCome join a fantastic team! The Global Marketing Manager for Medical will develop global campaigns and programs and execute regional marketing strategies within North America for the Medical segment. This role involves adapting and implementing global campaigns regionally, managing regional Key Opinion Leader networks, and driving revenue through targeted marketing initiatives. This role requires agility and creativity to address the rapidly changing needs of the medical market. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute to the development of global integrated marketing campaigns for specific workflows / therapeutic areas.

Adapt, localize and deploy global marketing strategies to the North America context, leveraging digital and traditional channels ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Implement and monitor regional marketing campaigns, optimizing them based on local market feedback and KPIs.

Develop and manage a network of regional key opinion leaders. Coordinate with these experts to generate compelling content and to represent the company at regional online/offline events and congresses.

Work closely with the Global and Regional Marketing organizations and interface with regional Sales and Business Excellence teams to ensure close alignment on sales objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Business/Marketing degree or Medical/Biomedical degree with additional business or marketing qualifications desirable.

5+ years of marketing experience, in a commercial setting with a major healthcare manufacturer/provider.

Demonstrated experience developing integrated campaigns with measurable results including the execution of content marketing, digital marketing and lead nurturing campaigns that deliver quality leads to sales.

Experience working in cross functional, global teams.

1+ years experience in the surgical environment. Microsurgery is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in any of these disciplines would be a plus: Neurosurgery, ophthalmology , reconstructive surgery, ENT or Dental

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
