Global Partner Support Specialist 1071 A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Global Partner Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be helping with a large volume of contract migrations (1000) to help track incoming partner-submitted information and request new agreement generation. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in an external support role for a Saas company. The company offers a great work environment. Global Partner Support Specialist Pay and Benefits: Hourly pay: $26/hr Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Atlanta, GA 3926 or Pleasaton, CA 94588 - Hybrid) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment (Project-based, most likely no extension or conversion at this time) Global Partner Support Specialist Responsibilities: Organize and track overall partner migration status throughout the project. Support detailed partner reviews for program migration status. Coordinate and support requests with our legal team. Work cross-functionally to help on escalations of operational issues. Communicate and cooperate with teams across international time zones. Other duties as assigned. Global Partner Support Specialist Qualifications: 1+ years experience in an external support role for a Saas company. Experience with Salesforce. Experience working with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Smartsheets and GSuite. Can drive issues to closure. Sense of urgency and ability to adhere to set timelines and SLAs. Able to work independently and in a team, meticulous, critical thinker and performance-driven. Strong ability to analyze issues, solve problems, and recommend improvements to processes. Effective follow-through on action items. Project coordination skills are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with multi-functional business partners and technical teams.)
