Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; or Philadelphia, PA.
2+ years of experience in the following:
Grants management experience at the state, local and/or federal level supporting disaster recovery programs
Emergency management, crisis management, continuity of operations, business continuity or disaster recovery
Managing disaster grants such FEMA's Public Assistance Grant Program, FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, or HUD's Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery
Executing risk management strategies that ensure continuity of operations and providing guidance to executive stakeholders on claims management following a disaster
Advising federal, state, or local government stakeholders on strategies to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters
2+ years of experience in the Microsoft Office Suite to include:
Pivot Tables, V Lookups or Formulas within Excel
Developing PowerPoints for external stakeholders
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
