Location: Marietta, Georgia (Relocation assistance provided)

Compensation: $45/hour, plus full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm, with flexibility for special events during evenings or weekends.

A private family in Marietta, GA, is seeking an experienced, upbeat, and professional Head Housekeeper to manage household cleaning operations within their 18,000 sq. ft. home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high-end housekeeping, with a preference for experience in the yachting world, which brings a refined sense of attention to detail and an understanding of luxury service standards. Key Responsibilities:

-Leadership & Management: Supervise and provide direction to a team of three housekeepers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

-Inventory & Supplies: Maintain household inventory and stock levels, overseeing supply procurement to ensure that the household is always fully equipped with cleaning and maintenance materials.

-Household Maintenance: Oversee the day-to-day cleaning, deep-cleaning schedules, and organization of the entire residence, ensuring that all rooms, including special-use spaces, are maintained to the highest standards.

-Special Events: Support the family and household staff during special events, including additional cleaning, organizing, and guest support as needed.

-Customer Service: Serve as a friendly, high-energy point of contact for the family and guests, ensuring a welcoming and service-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in luxury residential, yachting, or similar high-standard environments.

-Proven experience managing and training household staff, with a hands-on approach to leadership.

-Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, approachable demeanor.

-Customer service-oriented with a proactive, high-energy attitude.
